South approximately 1 mile on Rt. 747 past Tri-County Mall, past Fridays, Cooker and small Village of Glendale sign (Rt. 747 becomes Congress Ave.) Go through intersection of Congress Ave. and Coral Ave. Take first left into parking lot of Facial Surgery Center.

From I-75 - Exit 15
West approximately 1 mile on Sharon Road, past Princeton High School, across RR tracks, to next traffic light at intersection of Congress Ave. and Sharon Road. Turn right, go 2 blocks, turn right into parking lot of Facial Surgery Center.
